FireTail offers a range of plans to meet the needs of individual developers, businesses, and enterprises. Each plan comes with specific quotas and limits that define how resources such as APIs, logging, AI capabilities, and integrations can be used.

You can view your usage quotas in the FireTail platform through the Platform Usage Report. This report provides a summary of usage limits, showing both current usage and remaining availability for various features. The information is updated in real-time at the moment of generation, helping you manage your usage. Learn more about the Platform usage report.

Quota Categories

APIs

  • Active APIs (Used/Max): The number of APIs currently in use versus the allowed limit.
  • Active API Tokens (Used/Max): The number of active API authentication tokens in use.

Example: If your quota shows 1/5, it means you have registered one API out of the five allowed.

Logging

  • Logs Ingested (Used/Max): The total number of logs processed per month.

Example: If the quota is 0/1,000,000 logs/month, no logs have been ingested yet, but up to one million logs can be processed within the month.

AI

  • AI Models (Used/Max): The number of AI models in use.
  • AI Prompts (Used/Max): The number of AI-generated responses processed.

Example: If it shows 0/0, AI capabilities are not currently enabled in your plan.

Actions

  • Active Actions (Used/Max): The number of configured automated actions.
  • Triggered Actions (Used/Max): The number of actions executed in a given month.

Example: If the quota is 0/100 runs/month, it means no actions have been triggered yet, but up to 100 are allowed per month.

Alerting

  • Active Static Alerts (Used/Max): The number of manually configured alerts currently in use.
  • Active Anomaly Alerts (Used/Max): The number of alerts for detecting unusual patterns.
  • Static Alerts Triggered (Used/Max): The number of alerts that have been triggered in a given month.

Example: If the quota is 1/5 for active static alerts, one alert is configured, with a maximum of five allowed.

Apps

  • Active Apps (Used/Max): The number of integrated applications.
  • Active App Tokens (Used/Max): The number of authentication tokens used for app integrations.

Authentication Providers

  • Active Auth Providers (Used/Max): The number of authentication providers linked to the platform.

Example: A quota of 0/1 means no authentication providers are currently in use, but one can be added.

Incident Policies

  • Active Policies (Used/Max): The number of incident management policies currently configured.

Example: If the quota is 0/1, it means no incident policies are active, but one can be created.

Integrations

  • Active Integrations (Used/Max): The number of third-party integrations currently connected.

Example: A quota of 2/5 means two integrations are active, with up to five allowed.

Organization

  • Active Users (Used/Max): The number of registered users in the organization.

Example: If the quota is 2/2, the organization has reached the maximum allowed users.

Saved Filters

  • Saved Filters (Used/Max): The number of preconfigured filters stored for log analysis.

Example: A quota of 2/5 means two filters have been saved, with up to five allowed.

API Specifications

  • API Specifications (Used/Max): The number of API definitions stored.
  • API Specification Versions (Used/Max): The number of historical versions of API specifications.

Example: If the quota is 0/5, no API specifications are saved, but up to five can be stored.
